All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. We will not charge your credit card when you make your booking, we will only validate the authenticity of the card.

Bookings cancelled 48 hours prior to the arrival date will attract a cancellation fee equivalent to the first nights accommodation at the rate booked. In the case of a NON ARRIVAL a fee of one room night at the rate booked will be charged to your credit card.

If no credit card is provided on check-in, the full room rate will be required plus and advance deposit of a minimum $100 (which may vary depending on room type) for incidentals such as mini-bar, telephone calls, etc. For multiple night stays a deposit of $500 will be required.

All food and beverage during your stay will need to be paid for with cash or EFTPOS at the time. A copy of your drivers licence or passport must be taken for our files. Any remaining deposit will be refunded upon check-out.

This property requires any cancellation or date change to be made at least 48 hours prior to the property’s check in time to avoid forfeiting the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night.
